Bruce Morton is one of Scotland's three comedy godfathers. Writer, broadcaster, comedian and commentator, Bruce has a shelf of awards and 26 years of laughter in his suitcase.

He has made contributions in various media, from his ground-breaking C4 show "SiN with Bruce Morton" in 1993 to more recent work writing for artists such as Frankie Boyle and Elaine C. Smith. Along the way he has written for the national press; received a Perrier Nomination; made three tours of the UK; popped up on BBC Radio 2, 4, 5 and 7; presented six radio series for Radio Scotland, sneaked in cameo appearances in Rab C. Nesbitt and Still Game, chaired public meetings and discussions and has written plays, pantomimes and even a musical stage show.

In February 2017, Bruce appeared in the 15 show run of Still Game Live 2 at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow

Steven Dick - Best Comedy Writer 2017 at the Scottish Comedy Awards Edinburgh.

Over past three years Steven has become a regular writer on BBC flagship comedy show, Have I Got News For You. Over the past decade, writing for many comedians and TV/Radio shows he's contributed to multiple series of Mock the Week, Stand Up for the Week and Live at the Apollo. He has written two stage plays, the Channel 4/Oran Mor Comedy Drama Prize winning 'The Commission' and 'Faster Louder', which have been staged across Scotland and toured Ireland. A man who knows how to have a great deal of fun with his art while giving his audience a few belly laughs in the process. And in terms of his rapport with his audience he hits the target every time.

"Parrot" (William O'Hara) - 'Lifetime Achievement' with Bruce Morton for their parts in The Funny Farm at the S.C.A 2017. Has in the past been one of the very few Scottish comics to be a nominee in the prestigious 'Perrier' comedy awards.

His routine is the very stuff you'd expect of a stereotypical stand-up comic, revolving mainly around the tribulations of getting drunk and behaving badly. "Parrot" has been doing this a long time - nearly two decades - so there's little to fault in delivery, timing or ability to hold the stage unfazed by hecklers.

Susie McCabe - Best Headliner 2017 at Scottish Comedy Awards Edinburgh

Susie McCabe takes the audience on a journey through her life post break-up from her partner of sixteen years and having to move back home aged thirty-six. McCabe is extremely honest, self-depreciating, and hilarious.

McCabe defines herself as moody and instead of being upset about this she revels in it and wants to remain that way. Her humour is witty, subtle, and at times slightly dark, as Scottish humour is. There is More to Life than Happiness successfully proves to the audience that sometimes being grumpy is much better than being happy.
